Ann enjoys writing however, it doesn’t come easy. Like exercise, once you start you feel better. Ann reveals, “It helps me organize my thoughts and feelings when I can put things down on paper or go for a walk.” Her book began as a journaling exercise towards healing, when she lost her campaign. Ann knows that the power of writing has given her hope, through loss and she encourages her readers to engage in journaling as a way to express sub conscious feelings, and ultimately work through the difficult spots in their lives.
Ann says; “Winning is finding the “wins” in everything you considered a defeat and using those to move forward!”
